Feedback from an Indonesian Customer Regarding the Electroplating Rectifier

The customer is a leading aluminum wire manufacturer in Indonesia. They required a rectifier capable of providing a stable DC power supply uninterrupted for extended periods, as any current fluctuations could directly affect the uniformity and density of the electroplated layer.

This rectifier boasts a high current output capacity of 2000A, providing ample DC power with extremely low ripple coefficients for aluminum wire electroplating, ensuring the stability of electroplating quality from the source.

It employs a closed-loop circulating water cooling technology, offering extremely high heat dissipation efficiency and perfectly adapting to Indonesia's high-temperature environment. This not only ensures the long-term stability of the equipment under full load operation but also achieves a clean production environment with low noise and no dust intrusion.

The built-in sophisticated digital control system allows for easy setting and monitoring of operating parameters. It also features multiple safety protection functions, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat, and water shortage protection, ensuring the safety of the equipment and operators.

The equipment was delivered to the customer and put into production in October 2025. After operation, the customer recently sent us positive feedback.

The customer stated that the rectifier has performed exceptionally well since it was put into operation.

Furthermore, the customer generously shared images of the finished electroplated aluminum wire they produced using the new rectifier. The images clearly show that the aluminum wire has a fine, uniform, and bright plating layer, fully demonstrating the superior electroplating quality achieved with a stable power supply.
