460A 640V Marine Rectifier

Designed for marine and industrial use, the KGFB-460A/640V is a high-efficiency marine rectifier that uses Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) technology to convert three-phase AC power into stable DC output.This marine rectifier employs advanced phase-control technology and a closed-loop control system to deliver precise regulation of voltage and current. The system is intended for applications that require reliable DC power together with compact installation and dependable long-term operation under demanding conditions, making it a specialized marine rectifier for harsh environments.

The AC input is controlled by SCRs and sent to a transformer to obtain low-voltage AC. It is then rectified into DC output to supply the required voltage and current. The control circuit samples output voltage and current, applies closed-loop feedback, and uses phase control to adjust the SCR triggering angle, ensuring stable output of this marine rectifier.
